Your discs
A .cue sheet and its .bin tracks, or a lone .bin or .iso. Numbered tracks with no sheet are put back together, so the CD audio plays. Discs are played from your own folder, never copied.
Two things to bring
A BIOS
The console's start-up code, which no app may ship. A 512 KB image dumped from your own console, such as SCPH1001.BIN, picked once in Settings.

It keeps to itself
No accounts, no ads, no analytics. Your games, BIOS and saves never leave your phone unless you connect to RetroAchievements or start a netplay game.
